According to a report by JagoNews24:
“Over 200 leaders and activists of the now-banned Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) were unable to sit for exams in various departments of Dhaka University this term.”

And this figure reflects just one institution. The situation is far worse across the country, with schools, colleges, and universities witnessing similar patterns—where tens of thousands of BCL-affiliated students are being systematically denied access to classes and examinations. Their academic futures now hang by a thread.

This is not mere administrative delay. It is state-backed persecution—executed under the unofficial directives of Yunus, the so-called “father of the mob,” with tacit approval from the current unelected regime. As a result, over a hundred thousand citizens are being deprived of education, one of the most fundamental rights.

Even though there is no legal barrier to prevent these students from attending exams, if someone dares to appear with permission from the institution, they face mob trials. Police arrest them without any warrant or previous charges.

A BBC report reveals that in one case, the university secretly arranged a private exam for a student leader of BCL, identified as Masum Ahmed (name changed). However, even during that secret session, a mob stormed the venue, disrupted the exam, and handed Masum over to the police—despite no existing charges against him. He was jailed for 18 days before being released on bail.

The JagoNews24 report further states:

“Interviews with faculty members, students, and staff confirm that this kind of systemic denial of exam access at Dhaka University has no precedent. Previously, even if students were politically controversial, they could still attend exams—sometimes even from jail. But this is the first time such a coordinated ban has been enforced against so many students.”

In this way, Yunus and his violent cohorts have pushed the country’s education system to the brink of collapse. Under the false pretense of ‘merit over quota’, they have stripped educational institutions of academic excellence, turning them into breeding grounds for extremism.

There is no longer space for intellectual pursuit—instead, mob justice dominates campuses. BCL members are being violently ousted, and even senior, respected professors are being harassed and forced into resignation.

Just like in December 1971, when pro-Pakistan forces murdered the country’s brightest minds to cripple Bangladesh’s intellectual future, Yunus is now reviving that agenda—using the descendants of Razakars and Al-Badrs to target and remove pro-Liberation youth from the education sector.

The results are evident; in just 10 months, Bangladesh’s education, healthcare, and economy have declined significantly. Incompetent cronies handpicked by Yunus have looted public resources and pushed the nation into a crisis.

Jobs are vanishing, the stock market is collapsing, hospitals are overrun by Yunus’s so-called “Tokai Gang,” and even textbook printing is riddled with Tk. 400 crore in corruption.

Meanwhile, Yunus continues to travel abroad in luxury flights, surrounded by his sycophants, serving only his ambitions, while millions at home suffer.
