A glaring bid to weaponize law enforcement to exterminate dissenters!
Armed with sticks, pro Yunus supporters seen laid siege on Uttara (North) police station and threatened to unleash violent attack on law enforcement, asking cops to hunt down, arbitrarily detain and unlawfully imprison citizens for their affiliation with Awami League.
Emboldened by Yunus regime’s sweeping indemnity for killing of at least 44 cops to bring Yunus in power, these anti democratic activists even issued threat of restaging pre August 5 type killing spree and coordinated violent attack on police stations and looting of firearms.
These fascists are mounting pressure on cops to violet constitution and conduct illegal crackdown on dissenters of Yunus, a glaring abuse of power to serve the vendetta against Awami League under the pretext of reform scheme.
