The UN-Women would recognize the prime minister as "Planet 50-50 Champion", while Global Partnership Forum would hand over the "Agent of Change Award" to her at a high-level reception at the UN Plaza at the UN Headquarters 6.20 pm, PM's Deputy Press Secretary Nazrul Islam said.
Sheikh Hasina is now in New York to join the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
The prime minister will deliver her statement at the General Debate of the 71st Session of the UNGA at the General Assembly Hall around 7.30 pm (New York time) today.
