Syed Ashraful Islam said this while speaking as the chief guest at the certificate distribution and concluding function of the 59th Basic Training Course at Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre at Savar in Dhaka.
A total of 366 officers received certificates at the function after completion of a six-month-long basic training course in the training institutions like Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC), BCS Administration Academy and BIAM Foundation.
Rector of BPATC AKM Abdul Awal chaired the concluding function, addressed, among others, by state minister for public administration Ismat Ara Sadeque, senior secretary of Public Administration Ministry Dr Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, director general of BIAM Foundation Md Fazlul Haque and acting rector of BCS Administration Academy Mohseena Yasmin, says a press release.
