Sheikh Hasina gave the donation to Anik at her official residence Gonobhaban here this evening.
Anik recently returned home from India after taking treatment at Shankar Netraloya with the financial support of the Prime Minister.
Shahriar Hridoy, a friend of Anik, truck driver Liton Mia of Chapainawabganj and Executive Magistrate of Feni M Abdul Qadir, who sustained injuries during BNP-Jamaat agitation also called on Prime Minister.
They expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for her allout support for their treatment abroad after the incident.
