To keep electoral promise, the Awami League government, since assumed in to power in 2008, has taken a number of initiatives—free primary and secondary education, stipends at degree level-- to change the days of the female populace. In recognition to that miraculous advancement, Unesco is going hold that conference outside Paris for the first time. Unesco Director General Irina Bokova is scheduled to arrive here on September 7 to attend the event.
Besides, education ministers from 12 countries have already been invited to attend the conference and the host is expecting a Dhaka declaration after the conference.
