The programmes include placing wreaths at Sheikh Kamal's portrait on the premises of Abahani Club at Dhanmondi at 9:00am and at his grave at Banani around 10:00 am. In a statement on Sunday, LGRD Minister Syed Ashraful Islam urged all to observe the day.
