Government recognizes 41 Biranganas as Freedom Fighters

  The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has published a list of 41 biranganas recognizing them as freedom fighters for their contributions to the country's Liberation War.

Government to appoint teachers, construct schools to expand education in FY 2015-16

  The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) has set a target to set up 200 schools, construct 6,000 classrooms, appoint 15,672 teachers in fiscal 2015-16 for expanding education. New schools will be set up at the villages which has no such institution.
