Bangladesh has managed to achieve the attention of the world as it has achieved exemplary success in achieving Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 4 and 5 (reducing child and maternal mortality) well before the target years and for being on track to achieve other goals like MDG 6 which is combating HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases.
