A live online discussion on the historic six-point day will be held tonight on the official Facebook page of Bangladesh Awami League (www.facebook.com/awamileague.1949).
The live webinar discussion titled ‘the historic Six-point Day to Independence’ to be participated by youths, politicians and historians will be held at 8.10 pm today, according to the programme schedule.
Former student leader and Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) Vice President and now Awami League (AL) Advisory Council member Tofail Ahmed, AL’s Presidium member and Agriculture Minister Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, former Bangladesh Bank Governor and Bangabandhu’s Private Secretary Dr Mohammad Farashuddin, National University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Harun-Ar Rashid and Senior Journalist Ajoy Das Gupto, among others, will participate in the discussion.
Former student leader and columnist Subash Singha Roy will moderate the programme.
